SimplySync AI and its clients use SMS messaging to communicate with customers and prospects regarding business inquiries, appointment confirmations, service updates, and promotional content. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from us or our clients.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services you have opted into. You may receive up to several messages per week depending on your relationship with the business and any active follow-up sequences. We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. SimplySync AI is not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier for receiving SMS messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To opt back in, reply START to any previous message or re-submit your phone number through the relevant opt-in form.
