SMS Messaging Terms for SimplySync AI
SimplySync AI offers an SMS messaging program for prospects and customers who choose to receive text messages from SimplySync AI. The program includes transactional, informational, customer care, and promotional text messages.
SMS Program Description and Use Cases
By opting in, you may receive text messages from SimplySync AI related to your AI How-To Guide request, guide delivery, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, AI assessment updates, service updates, onboarding reminders, customer support, educational resources, AI tips, service offers, event invitations, follow-up messages, and re-engagement messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with SimplySync AI. Transactional and informational messages are sent as needed based on your guide request, appointment, AI assessment, service update, or customer support interaction. Promotional messages may be sent up to 4 messages per month.

Opt-Out Instructions
Text STOP to opt out of SMS messages from SimplySync AI at any time. After you text STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from SimplySync AI unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages from SimplySync AI is not a condition of purchase, service, or downloading the AI How-To Guide.

Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the SimplySync AI SMS messaging program.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent records are handled according to the SimplySync AI Privacy Policy. SimplySync AI does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

1. Overview & TCPA Compliance
SimplySync AI and its clients use SMS and MMS messaging systems, including AI-powered automated messaging, to communicate with customers and prospects. All SMS programs operated by SimplySync AI and its clients are designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable state laws governing electronic communications.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to any SMS program operated by or through SimplySync AI, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded text messages at the number provided. You are not required to consent to receive messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Opt-In Methods & Express Written Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages may be obtained through the following methods:
- Web Form Opt-In: Submitting a form on simplysync.ai or a client’s website that includes an SMS consent checkbox and disclosure
- Keyword Opt-In: Texting a keyword (such as START, YES, or a campaign-specific keyword) to a designated phone number or short code
- Point-of-Sale: Providing your phone number in person at a client location with appropriate consent disclosure
- Verbal Consent (recorded): Providing oral consent during a recorded call, where permitted by applicable law
All opt-in mechanisms include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of: (a) the identity of the sending organization; (b) the nature and frequency of messages; (c) that message and data rates may apply; and (d) how to opt out.
3. Types of Messages
SMS programs may include the following message categories:
- Transactional: Appointment confirmations, booking reminders, service updates, and follow-up messages directly related to a service interaction
- Lead Follow-Up: Automated responses to form submissions, missed calls, or web inquiries
- Promotional: Offers, discounts, event invitations, and marketing content (with separate express written consent)
- Re-engagement: Messages designed to re-engage contacts who have not interacted recently (frequency-limited)
- AI-Generated Conversations: Two-way automated conversations powered by AI to qualify leads, answer questions, and schedule appointments
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with the business and the specific program you have opted into. Typical frequency ranges:
- Appointment reminders: up to 3 messages per scheduled appointment
- Lead follow-up sequences: up to 5 messages over the first 7 days following an inquiry
- Promotional campaigns: up to 4 messages per month
- Re-engagement sequences: up to 2 messages per month
- Two-way AI conversations: varies based on your responses; sequences end upon booking or opt-out
We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS. Message volume is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose of each program.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Standard SMS rates charged by your carrier apply to all messages sent and received. SimplySync AI and its clients are not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of any SMS program at any time using the following methods:
- Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from that program
- Reply STOPALL to unsubscribe from all programs associated with that number
- Email info@simplysync.ai with your phone number and a request to be removed from all SMS communications
Upon receiving a valid opt-out request, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing or promotional messages will be sent. Transactional messages (e.g., an appointment confirmation you actively booked) may still be sent.
Opt-out requests are processed immediately. If you continue to receive messages after opting out, please contact us immediately at info@simplysync.ai.
7. How to Get Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for help information, or contact us at info@simplysync.ai. Our team responds within 1 business day.
8. AI-Powered Messaging Disclosure
Many of the messages you receive through our clients’ systems are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. You have the right to know when you are communicating with an automated AI system.
If you ask whether you are speaking with a human or an AI, the system will disclose that it is an AI. AI-generated messages are designed to be helpful and accurate, but may not always reflect the final position of the business. For complex matters, billing disputes, or complaints, you will be connected with a human representative upon request.
SimplySync AI is not responsible for the content of AI-generated messages sent on behalf of its clients. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI system outputs and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. See our AI Terms of Use for full details.
9. Data Sharing & Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in/opt-out status are maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile number to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Your phone number may be shared with the following categories of service providers as necessary to deliver SMS services: SMS gateway and carrier aggregators (such as Twilio), CRM platforms (GoHighLevel), and AI processing systems. All such providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
10. Carrier Liability & Delivery
SimplySync AI and its clients are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or technical infrastructure beyond our control. Message delivery is subject to carrier guidelines and network availability. Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most major US carriers. Availability on international carriers may vary.
11. Prohibited Uses
SMS systems operated by or through SimplySync AI may not be used to:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
- Harass, threaten, or engage in discriminatory communications
- Send messages containing illegal, obscene, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate any person, business, or government agency
- Send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without proper consent
- Violate the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or any other applicable messaging law
Clients who violate these prohibited uses are solely responsible for any resulting legal liability and may have their services terminated immediately.
