How It Works
What exactly does SimplySync AI do for my business?+
SimplySync AI installs AI-powered systems that handle the parts of your business that run on communication — answering calls, responding to leads via text, booking appointments, following up with prospects, and requesting reviews. The AI works 24/7 without sick days, lunch breaks, or turnover. Your team focuses on the work that requires a human. The AI handles everything that can be automated.
Is this a software subscription or a done-for-you service?+
Both. SimplySync AI is a managed service — we build, configure, launch, and maintain your AI systems. You get access to the platform, but you do not have to learn it, manage it, or troubleshoot it. We handle that. Think of it as hiring a specialist who never leaves, rather than buying software you have to figure out yourself.
What channels does the AI work on?+
SimplySync AI works across every channel your customers use: inbound phone calls (AI voice receptionist), outbound and inbound SMS text messages, website chat (webchat widget), and email. Depending on your plan, you can have AI active on one channel or all of them simultaneously.
Does the AI replace my staff?+
No. SimplySync AI handles the high-volume, repetitive communication tasks that eat your team's time — answering the same five questions all day, chasing leads who never responded, scheduling appointments via back-and-forth texts. Your staff handles the work that requires human judgment, relationships, and expertise. Most businesses find that AI frees their team to do higher-value work rather than eliminating any positions.
How smart is the AI? Can it handle complex conversations?+
SimplySync AI is trained on your specific business — your services, your pricing, your service area, your process, and your frequently asked questions. It handles the vast majority of common customer interactions accurately. For anything outside its training (complex complaints, unusual situations, sales opportunities that need a human touch), it escalates or routes to your team automatically.
Setup & Timeline
How long does setup take?+
Most SimplySync AI systems are fully operational within 21 to 30 days. This includes AI training on your business, CRM and calendar integration, call routing configuration, SMS workflow setup, and team training. The first week is discovery and design. The second week is build and integration. The third week is testing, refinement, and launch.
What do I need to provide to get started?+
We need basic business information: your services and pricing, your service area, your business hours, common customer questions and their answers, and access to your existing CRM or calendar tool (if you have one). We handle everything else — the platform, the integrations, the AI training, the workflows, and the launch.
Will this disrupt my current operations during setup?+
No. We build and configure your AI systems in a staging environment before anything goes live. You review and approve before launch. Most businesses see zero disruption to their day-to-day operations during setup. The transition to live AI is a switch flip, not a gradual migration.
Do I need any special software or hardware?+
No special hardware is required. SimplySync AI is cloud-based and works with your existing phone number (we forward or port it), your existing website, and your existing CRM. If you do not have a CRM, we include one. You access your dashboard from any browser.
Pricing & Plans
What does SimplySync AI cost?+
Plans start at $147/month for Sync Starter and range up to $1,197/month for Sync Complete (AI Employee + full business automation bundled). Most local service businesses find the right fit between $297 and $897/month depending on which AI channels and automation depth they need. Setup fees apply on most plans. We provide a customized quote after a free discovery call where we scope exactly what your business needs.
Are there contracts?+
We offer both month-to-month and annual plans. Annual plans include a 10% discount. Most clients start month-to-month to validate results and then move to annual once they see what the system produces. There are no multi-year lock-ins.
What is included in the setup fee?+
The setup fee covers the full build: AI training on your business, CRM and calendar integration, call routing configuration, SMS and email workflow design, custom scripts for your services and service area, testing, team training, and launch. For Sync Complete plans, the setup fee is waived entirely.
Is there a free trial?+
We do not offer a free trial, but we do offer a free strategy session where we audit your current lead flow, identify exactly where you're losing leads and revenue, and map out what an AI system would look like for your business — at no cost or commitment. You can also try our AI demos on the website before booking a call.
Integrations & Compatibility
Does SimplySync AI work with my existing CRM?+
SimplySync AI integrates with most major CRMs including GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, Zoho, and others. If you're using a niche industry-specific CRM, we evaluate compatibility during the discovery call. If a direct integration is not available, we can often connect via Zapier or a custom API integration.
Can it connect to my scheduling or booking software?+
Yes. SimplySync AI integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Acuity, and most practice management or booking platforms. The AI checks real-time availability and books directly — no double-booking, no conflicts.
Does this work with my existing phone number?+
Yes. We can forward your existing business number to the AI, or port it entirely into the system. You keep your number. Customers see no change on their end — calls and texts go to the same number they already have.
What if I already have a website chatbot?+
If you have an existing chatbot that is not meeting your needs, we replace it with a properly trained AI webchat connected to your CRM and booking system. If you have a chatbot you want to keep, we work around it and handle the phone and SMS channels instead.
