How SimplySync AI writes and reviews
Last updated: September 14, 2026
Who writes this site
Every article, case study, and build note on simplysync.ai is written or reviewed by Dylan Handy, the founder of SimplySync AI. Dylan personally designs, builds, and maintains the systems described here. When a piece draws on a specific client build, it is published only after that client has approved what is shared.
We use AI tools to draft, outline, and check our work. We do not publish AI output that has not been read, corrected, and approved by a person who did the work being described.
What counts as evidence
- Numbers come from systems we operate (CRM, call logs, analytics) or from the client, and are dated.
- Case studies describe the problem, what was built, and the observed outcome. We do not invent metrics.
- Build notes describe what worked, what did not, and what we changed, from the actual build log.
- Third-party claims link to the primary source. Vendor marketing figures are labeled as such.
Dates and updates
Each article shows a publish date. When we change substance, the modified date changes too. We do not refresh dates on unchanged pages to appear current.
What we will not publish
- Bulk articles with no first-hand experience behind them.
- City or industry pages that only swap nouns.
- Guaranteed revenue, ranking, or response-time claims we cannot show.
- Client data, screenshots, or results the client has not approved.
